The Man from the Land of Fandango

 This book is about the man from the land of Fandango. He flies and dances and does whatever he wants on the land of Fandango. He can turn into a ball and a bird and a bell. My favourite bit was when they all ate food together.

The story is about a little boy.  He is 10,000 year’s old.

He is from the future.

There is a big guy too.
He has a future car. 
His car can fly.
He has a sister.
I like the bit when he gets a future car.

Fintan Fedora the World's Worst Explorer - Written by Clive Goddard
Fintan Fedora was lost in brazilian jungle trying to find an infamous treasure, the cocoplum.  There are ant attacks, leech bites, and scorpions.  

I really liked this book because it was really funny.


ABOUT THE PEOPLE IN THE BOOK

FINTAN FEDORA, Fintan's family is a rich family (one of the richest familys in England) Fintan has a dad and mum.MAX WRENCH, Max Wench is a grumpy and old man and he always wants to do everything his way. 
ERIC, Eric is a nevous boy that is very very fat.
EDITH, Edith is a grumpy and mean old women.  She’s really busy (and likes to kick, punch, and bite people)  She’s very mean isn't she?
SIR FIlBERT, Sir Filbert is a nice cheerful man (Fintan’s dad)
FINTANS MUM, Fintans mum wants to do every thing herself she likes to do cleaning, work, and bossing people around.

This book is about a boy who was two people.  He went to this planet with cyborgs.  When he was there he had to fight angry pirates.  

 My favourite part was when he went to the planet.

Dragon Hunter - Written by Nazam Anhar
This book has wonderful language and thrilling explanations.  The reader will not be able to put the book down.

 It is suitable for 8 - 10 year old boys.

 This is a stunning book of great writers imagination.

 This book tells us a story of a boy who learns to be a dragon hunter and hunts down a red dragon.

 You really have to read it.

The 26 Storey Treehouse - Written by Andy Griffiths

The 26 Storey Treehouse is very funny.  If you are into reading (like me) you will probably like it.  If you like a bit of laughter and pirates you would also like it.
It has 341 pages but some of the pages have no words!  It has big words and lots of pictures.

My favourite part was the when the sharks ate Terry’s underpants.
The people in the story are Andy, Jill, and Terry.  The pirate’s name is Captain Wooden Head.

ABOUT THE PEOPLE

JILL:  Jill loves animals and she’s got a cat called Silky, and Silky’s friends and her can fly.
ANDY: Andy loves a bit of fun and games.  He’s very smart and loves a bit of danger and rhymes.
TERRY: Terry is the funniest and silliest and likes nursery rhymes.
CAPTIN WOODEN HEAD:  Captin Wooden Head is a dangerous and mean old hag that is really smelly and dirty.

That’s about the 26 Storey Treehouse.

    Finn, we really liked how you told us that Mort was 10,000 years old! We didn't know people could live that long! We liked how you told us there was a future car in the story. We can picture a future car flying! Thank you for your book review. We look forward to reading this book in Room 12.
